A lot of wheels can be repaired using standard components which we hold in stock. Some wheels require components from the original manufacturer if they are non-standard and for these we would usually need to order a part in. For example many Mavic wheels use proprietary spokes. Most hubs can be repaired but again will require specific parts.
Wheels can be dropped off at our worskhop or posted to us if you are not in York. We can give an estimate of repair cost once we see the wheel, repairs are charged at a rate of £15 per 20 minutes. Repair time will depend on the condition of the wheel and the difficulty of the job but some examples of cost of labour (parts extra) on clean wheels are:

hub service / clean / bearing change £25-40
rim replacement £45-70
