Is your build time always the same?
No it varies depending on how busy we are, it ranges from 5 days in winter up to 3 weeks in spring.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Yes, we have many customers all over the world and we are happy to ship wheels to almost every country. Please see our “international ordering” page for more information about shipping, taxes and so on.
Do you take cycle to work vouchers?
We operate a cycle to work scheme in association with the Green Commute Initiative which allows you to save between 20-40% depending on your tax rate. Please get in touch to ask about this.
Do you offer discounts?
All our discounted products are in our sale wheels and sale parts sections. We don’t give any blanket offers or discount codes.
Can I remove the decals?
No our decals are either laser etched or water transfer decal and designed to last.
Can I have plain wheels ?
No, all our wheels come with decals.
