Aluminium wheels
Our Lark aluminium rim brake road wheels, are available in light or strong versions they all use a tubeless 20mm internal width aluminium rims with a wide braking surface and smooth welded joint. The Lark Lights weigh 1442g and are only available in a 20 hole front 24 hole rear combination (with 2:1 lacing), with smaller hub bearings its more suited to summer and racing use and has J-Bend and straight-pull hub options. The Lark Strong has a little extra weight but brings larger, more durable bearings and higher spoke count to our strong, reliable road wheelset. Suitable for any rider in all conditions, year-round. Only available in J-bend hubs with 24h front and 27h, 2:1 laced rear hole counts we’d recommend these for all types of training, commuting and touring use as well as larger/stronger riders or those with loaded panniers. The Lark Track uses a fixed/free rear hub with front to match.
