Accidents happen, and sooner or later you might bend a rim in a crash. Our rim replacement service means you can send your wheel back and we'll make it run as true as when it was new.
The prices below cover the build charge and new spoke nipples - we never re-use old ones. Often we can re-use the spokes, but you'll need to send us the whole wheel intact. If you remove the spokes you'll need to buy new ones.
If you want to rebuild the wheel with a new rim that needs different length spokes then you will also need to purchase new spokes. For example all changes from or to 26" and 29er rims will need new spokes, the Podium, Race, 355, Crest, and Arch rims are interchangeable. The Alpine, Olympic and Flow all take the same length spokes.
If you do need parts with your rebuild, please put these in your shopping cart and buy them as normal and we'll fit them during your rebuild.
Don't worry about what length spokes you'll need - just buy enough for your wheel (usually 32 per wheel) and we'll sort out the lengths.
Please note that if we find further work that needs doing when we receive your wheel, there will be an extra charge. We'll always contact you first to make sure this is OK.
