The ZTR 355 can be used with either V or disk brakes and with tubes and tubeless. Stans feature a reduced height sidewall and a patented 'no bead hook'. The rims need to be sealed with tape such as the Yellow spoke (either width) sealing or Nylon tape tape to protect the rimstrip.

No special pads are needed if you use the rim with rim brakes.

The rims need to be sealed with tape such as the 25mm Yellow spoke sealing tape to make them airtight and protect the rimstrip. You also need a Olympic rimstrip or Olympic valve for running them tubeless, or they can be run as normal rims with tubes.
