NoTubes: ZTR hubs
NoTubes own brand ZTR hubs with forged bodies, smooth bearings and quick pick-up make a perfect all-round hub.
The front hubs can be easily converted between QR, 15mm or (Heavy Duty only) 20mm fittings with adapters which just push-fit into the ends.

Front ZTR Disc hub
One of the lightest front hubs available, a good choice for XC race wheelsets.
-162 grams set up as QR hub, or just 139g with 15mm fittings.
- 2 sealed cartridge bearings
- Black anodized with laser etched ZTR logo
- QR skewer included
- sold with QR axle, 15mm conversion available

Front heavy duty (HD) ZTR Disc hub

We've been testing a Heavy Duty front with QR fittings and reckon it made a big difference to the stiffness of the forks over a lightweight XC QR hub. The low weight and large, evenly spaced flanges for strong wheels make this hub a great choice for any bike.
- 174grams set up as 20mm
- 2 sealed cartridge bearings
- Black anodized with laser etched ZTR logo
- sold with 20mm axle, 15mm and QR kits are available separately

Rear ZTR Disc hub
Based on a tried and tested 3-pawl design with incredibly smooth running bearings and large, well-spaced flanges which build into a stronger wheel than most other rear hubs.
- 252 grams
- 2 sealed cartridge bearings in the hub shell and 2 more in the freehub body
- Red anodized freehub body features 3 spring loaded pawls with 30 points of engagement
- Black anodized hub shell with laser etched ZTR logo
- QR skewer included

Rear ZTR Singlespeed Disc hub
Similar to the ZTR rear hub, but with a short cassette body for singlespeed cogs and spacers. The singlespeed hub uses a conventional quick release, and comes with a red anodised lockring. You will need to buy a cog and spacers with this hub - or dismantle an old cassette and use the spacers from that. We recommend the Surly cassette cogs for use with this hub as they have a broad base to stop them digging in to the freehub body.
- 253 grams
- lockring weight 5 grams
- 2 sealed cartridge bearings in the hub shell and 2 more in the freehub body
- Red anodized freehub body features 3 spring loaded pawls with 30 points of engagement
- Black anodized hub shell with laser etched ZTR logo
- QR skewer included

Rear 135x12mm ZTR Disc hub
Similar to the ZTR rear hub, but with a few small changes. Larger bearings to accomodate the 12mm axle and to handle the heavier use, plus a slightly different looking casette body. The same large, well-spaced flanges.
- 307 grams
- 2 sealed cartridge bearings in the hub shell and 2 more in the freehub body
- Red anodized freehub body features 3 spring loaded pawls with 30 points of engagement
- Black anodized hub shell with laser etched ZTR logo
