Wheel build quality
Every wheel is built to our highest standard and should remain true, baring accidents. Should a wheelset purchased from us lose tension during riding - without damage to the components, please return it to us and we will retrue at no cost to yourself. We offer a full repair service for all other accidents and repairs.
Wheelsets and hubs require regular maintenance which varies depending on useage, brand and conditions you ride in. Regular maintance will prolong the life of your wheelset.
While we can make recommendations it is up to the rider accept the limitations of their parts and test and become familiar with them before extreme useage or a race situation.
Lightweight parts will not function as their heavier components. Larger wheelsizes will not be as sturdy as smaller. Disk rotors, forks and QRs containing very little material may not work at all and may impair the performace of your wheels. Likewise parts built to a budget will function well but may not be as refined as their more expensive components.
A tubeless item is not deemed faulty if you are unable to get it to inflate with tyre or rim combinations. Occasionally it's hard to get tyres to inflate but this doesn't mean the product is faulty and will not be warrantied. We are not responsible for the manufacture and fit of the tyre. The system allows the use of standard, tube-type tyres, to be used in a tubeless manner. It should be noted that doing so exceeds the tyre manufacturer’s original design intent and may void the tyres warranty. Also, some tube and tubeless tyres were not designed to be used with sealant and doing so may void the tyre's warranty. Justridingalong is not responsible for any damage to the tyres and/or any injury or liability resulting from the use of a tyre beyond the original design intent.
Minor cosmetic defects for example anodising inconsistency, variations in colour or small scratches do not affect the performance of the product are not covered under warranty.
