Stock and delivery times
If it says 'in stock', we have it here and any orders placed before 2.30pm for Royal Mail and 12pm for Couriers will normally be posted that day. Please allow 1-2 working days for them to arrive in the UK and up to 5 working days for delivery outside the UK.
If we get it wrong and we've sold out we'll let you know straight away and you will be able to choose between waiting until your order is in stock, or an immediate refund of your payment, including postage.
Delivery costs and options
UK
Posted small part and accessories: We charge a between £2.50 for any UK order and a minimum of £1. Postage cost is calculated according to the weight of your order and you can see the cost before paying. Small stuff like a valve will cost you £1 to post, sealants and tyres will usually cost you £2.50. We use Royal Mail First class for all items. Some items are sent by recordered delivery and will need to be signed for.
Wheels & rims: Are sent by Courier (too big for Royal Mail) and are charge at £8 for postage.
Tyres: Wire beaded tyres will often be coiled into a figure-of-eight to send in order that they fit in a box small enough for Royal Mail. If you don't want them coiled like this, please select a courier option.
Fast Delivery Options
If you are in a rush you can select Special Delivery for items that are sent by Royal Mail. They will be sent by Royal Mails Special Delivery service.
Overseas
We post overseas orders, postage is calculated at checkout and little more than UK postage for many items.
Commonly requested postage rates for outside the UK are:
Much of Europe (inside the EU): rims & wheels £23, small items under 2kg £1.17 to £10
Europe (outside EU): rims & wheels from £23 - £40, small items under 2kg £1.17 to £10

Israel: rims £80, wheels £130
Australia: rims £60, wheels £130
exact quotes are available on request and you will be charged at cost to us.
If you wish to have VAT deducted from your order because you do not need to pay it please contact us and we can refund your VAT after you order. The VAT rate in the UK is 15.0%. If you are visiting the UK from outside the EU and wish to pick something up you need to request a form from us and reclaim VAT at customs on leaving the EU.
Overseas payment
Just riding along is based in the UK. We accept credit card payments in UK pounds from pretty much any country in the world. If your country is not shown on the checkout page, please contact us.
Payment
We take payment on the website using a secure Protx server, your card details are entered straight into their system and not stored (or even seen) by Just Riding Along.
Cheques and transfers: if you wish to pay by either of these methods we are happy to help, please contact us to arrange.

We like bank transfers and with the new Faster Payments system we can recieve the money in 2-3 hours, unfortunately you can't order through the website at the moment although this is something we are working on.
