Returns and refunds
Unused items: If you have not used your items from Justridingalong you can, return the order unused and packaged within 14 days and we will refund the cost of the purchase. Items returned not under warranty are refunded minus postage (the actual amount we paid) and a £1 refund fee to cover our card refund cost. Refunds on items over 14 days are subject to our discretion.

Products built to your specification or special order items as marked on the website and not held as regular stock are not subject to refunds., for example any products made on our custom wheel builder, are made personally for you and can not be returned or refunded under distance selling regulations.

Warranty
Goods covered by warranties for material defect and not general wear tear and abuse. Bearing wear is not covered under warranty except where bearings are faulty.

A tubeless item is not deemed faulty if you are unable to get it to inflate with tyre or rim combinations. Occasionally it's hard to get tyres to inflate but this doesn't mean the product is faulty and will not be warrantied. Some tyres work better than others (see compatibility charts linked off products), we are not responsible for the manufacture and fit of the tyre. The system allows the use of standard, tube-type tyres, to be used in a tubeless manner. It should be noted that doing so exceeds the tyre manufacturer’s original design intent and may void the tyres warranty. Also, some tube and tubeless tyres were not designed to be used with sealant and doing so may void the tyre's warranty. Justridingalong is not responsible for any damage to the tyres and/or any injury or liability resulting from the use of a tyre beyond the original design intent.

Minor cosmetic defects for example anodising inconsistency, variations in colour or small scratches do not affect the performance of the product are not covered under warranty.

NoTubes Limited Warranty - Rim Strips
If you damage the rim strip with a screwdriver, metal tire lever, or other sharp tools it will void the warranty. Using mini pumps or over tightening valve stem nut will cause damage to the valve stem pulling or tearing it out of the rim strip; this is not covered under warranty. The warranty only covers manufacturing defects in the rim strips, not damage caused by misuse. Stan’s Tubeless System provides you with the information and items you need to seal most tires and rims tubeless. When attempting this process, ride with caution the first initial rides to observe the reaction of your tires and rims. Due to the variety of tyre and rim combinations, some may work much better than others. During your first few rides check your tire for leaking and correct air pressure. If your pressure drops too low there is a risk of the tire dismounting itself. Rim Strip Warranty covers: Manufacturing defects. The failure in vulcanizing or splicing of rubber rim strip.

Warranty Does not Cover: Separation of the valve from the rimstrip as a result of over flexing the valve from the strip, eg a mini-pump flexes the valve stem back and forth causing it to rip out of the rim strip. Some floor pump can pull off the valve vary hard and may cause this damage. Pulling the valve out of the rim strip is not covered under our warranty. The correct way to inflate your tire is to use a floor pump or an air compressor.

Wheels & rims
We are not responsible for wheels build by a third party using the Stans NoTubes rim, the build quility and any problems arising from its use. If the rim is found to be defective prior to building it should be returned to us for inspection and refund or replacement. We offer a building service where we guarantee the building process and the quality of the wheelset.

Spokes
Please note - no returns on spokes and we can't calculate spoke lengths for you. By giving any links to spoke calculators on this site we do not take any responsibility for the calculations made. If you have any doubts please leave it to your professional wheel builder.
