You can get in touch with us using the details below, but please read the following information first as we may have already answered your question somewhere on the website...
Tyre recommendations:
It's very difficult for us to give a good recommendation on tyre choice as so much is down to your riding style, trail conditions, type of bike, your weight and so on. We have written a guide to tyre choice, click here, which should help.
Wheel advice:
We are happy to give advice regarding our custom and instock wheelsets. Please read through all our wheel FAQs here too.
We are unable to give advice on wheelsets and rims not purchased from us.Phone orders:
We are open Monday - Friday, 9.30am -4.30pm
call 0114 2864900
Delivery times:
In stock items are sent the same or next day, depending on what time you order. Custom wheelsets often take much longer, we will try and give you an estimated build date but please remember this is not guaranteed and it may take a further 1-2 days to receive your wheels as they will need to be collected by the courier.
non-delivery If an order has been sent by us but not arrived with you within a couple of days please check with your local Royal Mail delivery office as they often hold packets that they have been unable to deliver (even if no card has been left).
